I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for six. I love SUP yoga because it offers three added components to the already great benefits of yoga.
On the board you are working your core throughout the whole practice. You are basically meditating the whole time as the practice requires extra focus and concentration on balance. And, you are out connecting with nature, the sun, water, and the fresh air!
